How are cleaning service costs calculated?Our pricing is based on factors such as the size of the space, the type of cleaning required and the frequency of service. We offer competitive rates and provide upfront free quotes to provide you with an estimate of our pricing prior to booking in.

How long will the cleaning service take?The duration of the cleaning depends on factors such as the size of the space, the level of cleaning required and any specific requests. We always provide estimated cleaning times during your initial consultation.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment?We understand that schedules can change. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge. If it is within the 48 hour notice period, charges may apply as outlined in our terms and conditions.

How do I pay for the completion of services?We accept various forms of payment including Cash, Paypal, Apple Pay/ Google Pay and Electronic Bank Transfers for your convenience. An invoice will be provided following the completion of your service with payment instructions and terms listed.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?No, we bring our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. For any special requests, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate accordingly.

Do I need to be home for the service?No, many of our clients choose to leave a key or pass on door codes to our cleaners. Our cleaners have thorough background checks conducted so you can remain stress free.

Are your cleaners insured?Yes, all our cleaners are fully insured for your peace of mind. We conduct thorough background checks and training to ensure reliability and professionalism.

How far in advance do I need to book?We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability as we often get booked out, especially for recurring services. We will always strive to accommodate booking requests whenever we can but there is no guarantee we will be able to fulfil all last minute booking requests.
