TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By engaging with cleaning services provided through Outshine Cleaning Co, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or require clarification on any aspect of our terms and conditions, please contact Outshine Cleaning Co. before proceeding.

1. Cleaning Services & Customer Responsibility

  • The service will be cleaning duties as confirmed by the Customer and Outshine Cleaning Co.

  • All cleaning products and equipment used throughout the service will be provided by Outshine Cleaning Co.

  • The customer is to provide access to all utilities including hot/cold water, electricity and rubbish bins as required to complete the requested service.

  • The customer is to provide an uncluttered, unobstructed and safe working environment for Outshine Cleaning Co. to be able to provide cleaning services.

  • Prior to our arrival, please remove all items from the floors (including toys, shoes, etc.) and shelves to maximise productivity and minimise the risk of any spots being missed.

  • If a customer requires Outshine Cleaning Co. to clean behind or under heavy items (inclusive of fridges, ovens or other furniture), the customer will move those objects prior to the cleaning service commencing. 

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Late payments will be subject to a penalty fee of $10 per day for each day after the 7-day period that payment is not received. If payment is still not received after 14 days of the invoice date, further action may be taken.

  • For ongoing clients, payments must be processed prior to the next scheduled cleaning service.

3. Cancellations:

  • For any cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled clean, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service  price will apply.

  • For any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled clean, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service price will apply.

  • We appreciate advance notice of any cancellations to avoid unnecessary charges.

4. Access:

  • You are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled cleaning time.

  • If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled time and we have no access to the premises and do not hear from the customer within 15 minutes, the customer will be required to pay the full service charge.

  • If access arrangements change, please inform us as soon as possible to avoid any charges and inconvenience to our team.

5. Job Estimates/ Quotes

  • Outshine Cleaning Co. quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. We trust that this information is correct. In the event that the job is not as described, Outshine Cleaning Co. reserves the right to alter the price of the service and provide an updated quote to the customer prior to the service commencing.

6. Additions/ Amendments

  • Any changes or additions made to the cleaning service by the Customer must be agreed upon by Outshine Cleaning Co. prior to the scheduled booking.

  • Additional charges will apply to any add-ons for set packages provided by Outshine Cleaning Co. to the Customer. 

7. Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Outshine Cleaning Co. strives for your complete satisfaction with our cleaning services.  If the cleaning service provided does not meet your expectations or the agreed-upon specifications, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will make every effort to rectify any issues promptly.

  • At our discretion, the customer may be offered either a partial refund or a rectified service at no additional charge. 

  • Outshine Cleaning Co. may deny a refund or discount if there are any missed spots due to a customer failing to remove items from floors and benchtops or not moving furniture prior to our arrival should they wish for cleaning behind heavy items.

8. Liability:

  • Outshine Cleaning Co. holds comprehensive liability insurance to protect against any accidental damage or injury caused during our services.

  • Outshine Cleaning Co. are not liable for damage due to pre-existing wear and tear, improper installation of items or fragile and valuable items not disclosed to us in advance.

9. Privacy:

  • Outshine Cleaning Co. respects your privacy and confidentiality. Any personal information collected during the provision of our services will be kept secure and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services effectively.

10. Termination of Services:

  • Either party may terminate ongoing cleaning services at any given time.

  • Outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date will remain due according to the agreed-upon payment terms.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • Outshine Cleaning Co. reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms & conditions will be communicated to you in writing or through our website.
